ITS THE START OF HOLIDAYS!!!! well technically its the 3rd day of holiday...

MONDAY
Met up with Zheng Xun & Zul at Marine Parade Library to do Social Studies Project. I realised working with guys and girls is completely different. HAHAs. Sms-ed Desiree for some help but she haven't started yet-.-

TUESDAY
I had Energy Efficient Course at Somerset SP Services. A few people and I went to 313@Somerset, walked around. Then some of us went Long John Silver, while some went KFC. Then some people went and buy ice cream from this place called Maggie Moo. I thought it looked alot like the ice cream store I went in USA, Cold Stone. Vione and Yuli bought candyfloss which was blue and Peark bought something called better banter? Then head home with Sylvia, Candice and Deborah. Bought 17 magazine, Im going to redeem headband on Friday if still have at New Look in 313.

TODAY...
suppose to have guide meeting but it was cancelled hahas. I have homework to do but I dont feel like doing

I'M BACK FROM CAMP!!!!

Day1
Waited in school until 10 plus then left for
TANAH MERAH FERRY TERMINAL.
Ferry ride took around 1 hour.
Then a bus ride for 2hours. The ride was bumpy
and not smooth ( im pretty sure my butt hurt alot)
FINALLY, we reached Loola Adventure Resort.
The place was sandy, very sandy,
everywhere there was sand on the ground
only the dorms and toilets (there were 10!)
were normal floors.
Ate our VERY LATE LUNCH then headed for some activities.

Activity 1: Skywalk
I was the first girl to do this.
Theres this pole between two coconut trees about 3/4 up.
and a ladder against 1 tree.
We have to walk up the ladder,
walk to the middle of the pole
then JUMP!
it was quite scary at first but i think quite fun

Activity 2: Obstacle Course
I was the first girl again
But i think i took super long to do the course hahas

after those activities can bathe alrd
luckily other classes havent finish yet
so every body have a toilet to bathe in.
Then had dinner, reflection
a bit of rehearsing for performance nite
which was useless (u'll see why!)

Day 2
BREAKFAST , noodle were awesome
but egg was v. oily
wet activities!!!

Activity 1: Kayaking.
was with Jef and Joel. Fun to the max!
especially JEF who was trying his best
to beat Daryl Chow
hahahas
Of course I slacked
because they didnt want to let me kayak -.-
then halfway switched with peizhen
and ended up with Kai Jun and Ting Yang.
Kayak-ed for half of it hahas.

Activity 2: Flying fox
which goes into the water. Got really really wet
because when they finish taking out the attached rope
i fell straight into the water -.-
this was fun wish could do it again though hahas

had lunch then.... more activities

Activity 3: Boom Netting
You Jump from the boat and into the water.
There's a net to catch you.
Mega fun but also scary.
Did Level 3 once only because I think its quite scary
Did level 2 a few times.
The first time i did it i didnt know it would be that scary
because everyone just jump off like not scary. hahas
I needed a lot of persuading before i jumped!
Thanks to everyone who helped me!

Activity 4: Hiking trip
This was okay, not as tiring as i was prepared it would be.
Didnt fall down luckily. But my shoe changed colour completely
WHITE to BROWN.

on the way down was fun because Shahmi and Mr Lim were singing
and had funny conversations! hahas
then we bathe had dinner and reflections

Day 3
Mostly CIP!
First went to and ex-orang laut kampung

Activity 1: Performed Science project.
The children were very CUTE!
They are also so easily pleased...
because I was so sure the magic trick would fail
but they sill clapped and were 'amazed'

Activity 2: Painting and Building Nets
Then Half of us build mosquito nets while
the other half help with painting of the school.
I helped paint the chairs in the school

Then everyone gathered at some house
for lunch.
The people staying in the house
I think are quite well off,
because they have laptop and TV
sat on some bridge like thing made of wooden planks
folded paper boats to release onto the water (daryl chow's idea)

Activity 3: Tree planting.
went back to the ferry to take the young trees,
Ignatius accidentally fell into the water
he injured his hand. hope he is okay!
We splited up into a few groups.
I was with Zul, Zheng Xun, Shahmi, Jef, Joel, Maryam & Pavan
The guys did the shovelling of the dirt
while I helped plant the young trees

After that headed to another island
to take a look at their life.
We went back to the ferry
then head back to the resort.

Sat on the platform on the upper deck
with Zul, Raudah, Asyilah, Siang Hwee and a few people
it was super shiok the wind.
The 1 hour ride back on the 'boom bus' was awesome
3F'10 FTW! hahas

bathe had dinner with the boys and girls who came
had a campfire and performance
My Class did impromptu singing
of bad romance and down (im sure we were out of tune!)
but everyone got high and hyper
so it didnt matter we were bad, as long as we had fun.
The children go back alrd my class and a few D class guys
stayed up till 12 plus plus singing songs and haing fun
then slept

Day 4
LAST DAY OF CAMP!
still had activities

Activity 1: Games.
I think it was fun
there were 2 games we did,
one was there were two platforms and we are suppose to get
the entire class to go from one of the platform
to the other using a rope in the middle.
Swinging across was awesome.

Activity 2: Coconut tree climbing
I climbed up pretty okay
but could not get a coconut
because all the big ones were taken
and the small ones were way on top so
I couldnt reach hahas
Coconuts were good!

so we had lunch rested a while then took
a bus for the 2 hour ride
then waited nearly an hour for the ferry
ferry ride was 1 hour or less.
FINALLY we reached singapore.

This camp had bonded 3F although I think we can bond more. I learn more about the people in my class and talked to them. I got to know a lot about Indonesia and I WANT TO GO BACK TO BINTAN FOR CAMP! having post camp syndrome now. I want MORE COHORT CAMP with 3F!

I did not update recently because I was busy studying for CT and then had
PLENTY of CHINESE NEW YEAR things so NO TIME!
Anyway, I did FAIL my E.MATHS, A.MATHS & GEOG ELECTIVE level test.
Genius right?

Friday was a really INTERESTING DAY. Suddenly told 2ppl about something! Hahas.
Too Bad could not go for HOWARD'S FAREWELL PARTY (bye howard!). He going back to
Taiwan to study, only coming back for holiday.

I DON NOT LIKE TO TAKE TESTS!

I think I am about to fail every single test that I have just taken. My Physics performance task is screwed up because I can't find the props needed. URGH!

Today had A. Maths lecture after school before the E. Maths test which I just failed it and PW talk. I so desperately want to do the Geography of Food topic. But its not compulsory for most of the sec 3 except 3A and 3D. So no one want to group with me because they say waste of time):
3 more tests (Physics, English and Chinese!). Who knew Sec 3 life was this busy. I think I've stayed back after school at LEAST 90% of school life so far. I thank that there is holiday for CNY and Camp is coming soon! YAY! I LOVE CAMP! but so many people don't wat to go ):

I hope the problem is solved soon.

We (SEC 3s) had a disussion on sale of drinks during road run. I have to buy 2 cartons of 24 packets of lemon tea. I do not know how to bring it to school....

Then, had gadget making competition, we won 3rd place (i think)!

Saturday

It was a very boring day. Searched and searched and searched for stupid PHYSICS illusion. But couldn't find anything. Went to watch THE TOOTH FAIRY with my mum and brother, it was super funny. I recommend watching it.

Sunday

Had badminton! Instead of going for intermediate training i got to a higher level!!! I was taught by the head coach! So Cool! My body ached after training, so many exercises... 100 sit ups, 50 push ups etc. I chested a little (when coach was not looking. hehe!)

TODAY!

It is MONDAY. Back to school , so fast.

I think nothing much today.

I decided to blog again! However it wont be very often because i dont think I'll have the time! Sec 3 life is super busy! First week of School and we have projects- 2 performance tasks! So fast! I think my class is a fun class! Got quite nice people like, yuli, maryam, alethea, isabel etc. Some of the guys are quite okay (i think)!

Today i discovered something! Zheng wei went to tuition with me when i was primary 1 & 2. The teacher is my aunty! hahs. he even remembered my cousin! So weird yet cool. For 2 years i didnt even know Zheng Wei used to be one of my tuition friends. HAHAs!

THIS IS FOR EVERYONE, be it you are taking your O' LEVELS or A' LEVELS or PSLE or NORMAL EXAMS & TESTS or STREAMING EXAMS, no matter how smart or dumb you are you will be able to pass and move on. I believe it, so can you. (:

Nowadays, I don't really post much about whats happening because nothing much is and I also need to prepare for Exams and have Project Work stuff. SO....

Monday,
I went back to school to do mission maker and whatever left there is to do for project work. We(vanessa, gwen, sherry, desiree, ashley & me) were in the comp lab from 10am to 3pm, practically 5 hours! SO we went, DFC for lunch then qionged back to school to board the bus to go to the closing ceremony of the HILLARY CHALLENGE! SO there was me, gwen, ashley, desiree, jia en, dexter and sean lim? i think and a bunch of sec 3s that I dont really kow the names. On the bus, talked .... JIA EN took out his BRACES - his teeth are scarily too straight! Lucky.... then we reached CCAB watched perfoemances by some UGs- like NCC (air), NCDCC
Waited a while more, then the last task of the hillary challenge! sat in front of our school reps. Watching them was stressful, somehow. hahas. After that had dinner, then went to the MULTI- PURPOSE HALL for prize presentation. Sadly, we didnt place at all. But at least they had fun... though they seemed very tired. Hopefully, they rested well! So we waited 30 mins for the bus to come to send us back to school. It was around 8. 45 pm when we reached school! Parents came at 9. 10pm, so late! hahas

Tuesday,
Came back to school again! To run through, ppt slides with teacher-in-charge. Then went back home and slacked there. I could not go to VIONE'S B'DAY celebration because my dad don't want me to go.(sorry vione!)

got an email a few days ago....thought it was quite meaningful ☺

USED vs LOVED

While a man was polishing his new car,
his 4 yr old son picked up a stone

HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY!!!!

kayys, so today was teacher's day had half day.
first half of the day did the stupid hoedown throwdown dance.
the last part was stupid and retarded -.-
the part on stage...
kayys, then spent about one hour in the assembly plaza doing nothing?
waste time, hmph!
then went to the hall for performance and such
spent the time at the back of the hall
gave teacher presents watch performance, talk talk

went to borders to see and read for one hour?
hahas, didnt go back to primary school
so mean of me, but because

Hey guys!
I know i haven been blogging for a while.
realised no one really comes to my blog
so sad!(kidding!hahas)
so common test
went not so well.
many hard papers....
got back chinese paper.... I FAILED!
super mega sad. Parents nearly chopped my head off
but yeah....as you should know im not dead, yet

Tomorrow PE will be a complete disaster
we are learning the dance for ACES DAY
and im going to teach with ash & des
tomorrow first lesson is maths
i very scared....scared to fail which i know i absolutely will
somehow this term im like the worse in class for my subjects
very bad. I think this term CA2 my posistion 20 plus (for class)
i mean this morning chinese show the marks for 75% CA@
which is on report card i got 49! how??

I cant believe what is happening. Its so scary, how people can change completely. Our class has fallen apart, when even the closest of friends gives one another the cold shoulder. I don;t get it, why cant people just accept the flaws of another. Can't they work things out properly. It seems as though that everything must be perfect. I may not have any say in this, i may not understand what is the exact problem. But i know that everything can be solved. You just have to find the way. Our class has a strong bond, that I think even the biggest argument, fight, quarrel or conflict will have no ability of breaking it. However, what happened recently seemed to prove that statement wrong. Hey guys, we are 2G'09 one of the best class there is to be in. Its our last few months left we have as a class to be together. What has been done has been done, so let it go. Its the time where we work hard to achieve the best we can. So instead of brooding over this minor dent in your lives. You might think Im being insensitive to thoes in the situation, but all Im doing is saying how I feel. Somehow, I know this will be over.
Just Believe In Yourself and Remember No One Is Ever Perfect. (: (: (:

Seriously, today had East Division Day, so went school earlier for science supp with 2B and it was a totally confusing lesson. 2B is very enthu when answering questions etc. Then cabbed to dunman high with Ash, des and gwen for EDD. We had cheer competition and since we were late we had to learn the cheer in less than 5 mins! But we still can get 3rd Place!!! So after that went walking round the school which is reall really really huge before going to hall to wait for Prize Presentation. While ther, everyone including me started mugging - science, geography, history. It seems as though we were the only ones studying. The Prize presentation came and went and it was time to go home!

so FRIDAY was super high!
had NDP celebrations in school
was in contingent
with other SEC 2 guiders
it was fun but poor ashley
fainted due to tiredness?
felt kinda of weird when
we had to run out at the end of the parade
but it was the best part
becvause i finally got to move again
after standing still for so long

then there was drama, recollections and
dance which was nice & community singing
by choir

then came the mega high part
where
all UGs, band, choir, dance, drama & some sec 4s
gathered at the parade square
jumping
running having a ton of fun
it was so COOL! and awesome
enthu like OMG!
after that
all UG had to clear area

then we, guides
went hall for horeshoe formation
and collection of certs & enrolment for sec 1s
GOT MY FIRST AID CERT!!! yipee!

i damn worried
that when tuesday comes i dunno how to
teach our class dance the aces day

quite okayy, easier than expected

so today we had IT which was great cause can slack!
Didnt listen to 'cher at all.
Chinese kenna scolded cause
Ms Lim thought I was talking to vanessa
even though all I did was turn to face her (ms lim)
LOLs.

Anyways had Art did my first layout which was ok i guess....
Then after that chiong lunch then had lit make-up test
which was average i guess.
Went home (my mum fetched clarissa too)

tuesday, had music project at my house.
so ash, des, timothy & alwyn came over
had lunch that was probably one of the WEIRDEST lunch
i ever had.
first it was just sort if silent? then desiree & ashley started laughing
then I started laughing which made the guys laugh
so everyone was laughing?then
stated on project the guys were suppose to like rephrase the stuff
ashley researched but they hardly did changes? and were playing
with the fonts and alwyn was saying odd stuff bout technology?
in the end we finished it. but it was sort of a rush work?
like yeah, they went back round 6.50 plus.

okayys, so CLASS OUTING @ ECP yesterday!!!

it was so so so fun, i pity does who didnt go and enjoy the fun!!!!

kayys, first went to pick up des and ash
then met vanessa, gwen, sherry & vione at
MACS!!! then took some

wait for the boys who are ALWAYS late to come....
except for jia en & eugene who came early.
FINALLY the boys came,
and rented bikes & blades ( i took blades, 1st time!)
so GWEN was v. helpful and made sure i didnt FALL!

then timothy fell cause of

at the slope
was VERY FUNNY but probably painful >.<

and ashley fell and pulled me down too (ouch!)

last friday, had to go back to school AGAIN
to prepare for the guides carnival
sec 4s, went out to buy stuff
sec 3s, had to cut out the slips and all for the lucky dip
SEC 2s- thats US, had to create 2 walking advertisments
& 2 posters for lucky dip
sec 1s, had their enrolment test. told it was VERY DIFFICULT! GOOD LUCK TO THEM!!

last saturday, GUIDES CARNIVAL
ash, des & i were v. enthu and went there around 9.30am
when our shift started at 12.30pm
so we walked around bought lots of stuff
and FOOD!
then FINALLY it was our shift!
i mostly stayed at the booth collecting coupons and giving away the prizes!!!
OUT OF THE 7 HAMPERS,
Ms Tan won 1
Ms Razie won 1
Sin miao won 1
a SEC 1 also won 1
so 4 hampers came back to us. hahas

finish already, ash, des and me
decided to take MRT back.
when we came to the interchange
we though suppose to take the other train
but then realise wrong so we hurry up

then later we realise seat wrong train
so we take all the way back to bisha then take another route.
Went tm for shortwhile cause des and ash wanted to buy early
b'day present for me, pencil case...which is the same as theirs

then FINALLY got home

today, FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!
so happy to see my frens again.
and our new form & science teacher

forgot to bring chinese textbook
so forced to buy a new one for $4.30

so afternoon came, and had some AYG games carnival

then went to hall watch

kayys was super busy with homework

then had first aid course which was mega fun
(except for theory)
and EVERYONE PASSED!
cause the instructor was
really LENIENT for the practical
and for theory i had FULL MARKS!
that was great.
and since itwas like 9 to 5 from
MONDAY(15th) to WEDNESDAY(17th)
we had catered food,
which was KFC then PIZZA HUT then MACs
great food....

kayys so then went to MALAYSIA
from THURSDAY (18th) to MONDAY (22nd)

DAY 1:
woke up at 7am, went to
eat macs for b'fast
then left s'pore.
ate KFC for lunch
and reached genting(stayed in HOTEL GENTING)
at around 3.30pm
rooms were awesome except the view.
so went out eat some food
then go to INDOOR THEME PARK!
it was quite boring...hahas
cause the rides are not that fun

qoke up a little later at 8.30am
ate b'fast then
walked around the shops
played at the arcade
then went to change for a v. sute soft toy
then at 12 plus
set off to SUNWAY LAGOON!!!

reached there around 3, cause we got lost
hahas
but i was sleeping the whole time
so i didnt know until my dad told me
so we ate late lunch then walked around
the SUPER MEGA BIG SUNWAY PYRAMID mall
then at 7pm
went to eat at some
restraunt called THAI THAI
which had weird kind of food
then we went to shop around til 10 plus
whenn the mall close
and go back to the hotel
to play and so on
slept at 12am.

DAY 4:
woke up at 8am again.
ate b'fast at the hotel there
then went to change
and set off
to SUNWAY LAGOOM THEME PARK
(which was within walking distance)
and had tons of fun
but sad couldnt finish riding all the rides

okays so yester day was the LAST DAY of SCHOOL for this semester. We had school bazaar which was wayy better than last yr. Since, we sold out our ice popsicle & malt candy. ONLY the popcorn didnt sell soo well , so we gave it away for free (for anyone who bought the malt candy).
anyways after my shift went to watch one of the movies 'SILENT HILL' with around 1/4 of the class? yeah it was a horror movie, but its NOT scary just really really GORY (gross). Gwen and I were like covering our faces. DAMN gross luhs. so after that went back to the stall to help out. yeah i bet we made LOADS of profits ... cause of the cost of things we bought has a v. big difference from the cost of things we sold. WAHAHAHA. yeps, so i think business was great! i didnt really ate much though, except popcorn from our stall which I BOUGHT okayys. yeps and bread i brought from home. anyways i wasnt really hungry...

today was FUN FUN FUN! We had excursion, go to uhm.. some MEWR exhibition place - not sure what it stands for (hahas)

today was practically the sad dest day of my life
(while in 2G!)so far.
MRS YAP came back to take class photo with US!
we gave her a board that said:

and on the back there were notes
from EVERYONE in our class

BALLOON HEART & FLOWER
to give to mrs yap!

so after 2nd FUN SHOT
( we were in class tee pointing to mrs yap)

so some of the girls cried
then the rest of the girls cried
even some of the boys cried
I WAS CRYING LIKE THROUGHOUT

then there was this parrot
